You don’t have to pick up the phone, we handle any issues your tenants may have.

Turnover

Our licensed brokers will have screened and qualified tenants ready to fill your space as quickly as possible to maintain cash flow.

Accounting

We provide you with a detailed monthly report on the financial performance of your property, and we deposit your profits in to your account.

Property Inspections

We inspect properties routinely to help protect your asset, and we handle any other mandated inspection requirements.

Fees

Rural: The nature of Real Estate investment is changing as capitalization rates continue to shrink in cities. The surrounding rural areas offer higher rates of return and are attracting more investment. We will build you an affordable custom management contract that perfectly suits your property or portfolio.

Urban: we charge a 5% management fee to manage properties in the City of Ottawa. This includes the comprehensive package outlined above. When leasing vacant units, our broker will charge 1 month’s rent to find you a qualified, pre-screened tenant.
